Original Abstract

Syntetické vonné látky jsou užívány jako detergenty, čistící a mycí prostředky a kosmetika.Protože byly detekovány v životním prostředí, lze je klasifikovat jako prioritní organické polutanty. Identifikace a kvantifikace byla provedena vysokorozlišovací plynovou chromatografií s hmotnostní detekcí.

English abstract

Synthetic musk compounds are fragrance substances commonly used as fragrant constituents of detergents, cleaning and washing agents, and cosmetics. Some musk compounds have proved to accumulate in the environment as well as in mammal tissues of human body, and hence classified as persistent organic pollutants. The identification and quantification of analytes was carried out by high resolution gas chromatography - mass spectrometry.
