Aparatura koncepce Roll-to-Roll pro plazmochemickou úpravu svazků neupravených uhlíkových a skleněných vláken. Skládá se z komory s odvíjecí cívkou, komory s navíjecí cívkou, systémem čerpání a dvou výbojových segmentů (trubic). V prvním segmentu je vlákno čištěno ve výboji v Ar a/nebo O2, v druhém segmentu je na vlákno nanášena vrstva z plynné fáze směsi prekurzoru (Tetravinylsilan(TVS)).

Roll-to-Roll Device for Plasmochemical Treatment of Bundle of Carbon and Glass Fibers. It consists from chamber with reel of untreated fibers, two plasma discharge segments and from chamber for winding of plasmachemically treated fibers. Plasmachemical treatment is done by radiofrequency discharge in O2&Tetrvinylsilane gas mixture in second plasma discharge segment. Bundle of fibers are cleaned in O2 or Ar&O2 plasma discharge in first plasma discharge segment prior plasmachemical treatment.
