Orientation DAY AT THE FACULTY
During the Orientation Day you receive:
login and password TO access Information system, computers and printers
keys from your locker etc.
Students accepted for the study in the winter semester can extend their stay to the following summer semester. However, they must inform our faculty coordinator and select new courses
no later than by the end of November.
New courses (= Learning Agreement for the summer semester) must be again selected online and approved by the faculty coordinator.
Students are allowed to make changes (add/remove courses) to their Learning Agreement within 3 weeks after the first day of welcome week.
It is possible to add theoretical courses only. Laboratory classes cannot be added at this point. Both theoretical courses and laboratory classes may be deleted.
The Changes to Original Learning Agreement form must be printed out by the student and confirmed by both home and receiving institution.
- Confirmation of the Erasmus+ study period (original) – a few days before your departure home
- Transcript of Records (copy) – it will be sent by e mail within 30 days after the end of your stay
- Erasmus+ Traineeship Certificate (original) – a few days before your departure
