Original Abstract

This paper deals with the design of an ON-LINE diagnostic system named as ”industrial data concentrator”. The paper looks at the design itself in a comprehensive way and brings together parts such as defining useful process variables, and the actual design of the industrial data concentrator both in terms of hardware and software.
