Nová legislativa České republiky týkající se prevence velkých havárií v průmyslu a podnicích nabyla účinnosti 29. ledna 2000. Některé aspekty synergických a kumulativních účinků velkých neštěstí jsou diskutovány, včetně některých doporučení. Je popsána spolupráce na místní úrovni mezi jednotlivými složkami. Přehled plánování a řízení urgentní pomoci v ČR je uveden. The new legislation of the Czech Republic concerning prevention of major accidents in large factories and plants came into force on 29 January 2000. Some aspects of the synergistic and cumulative consequences of major accidents are discussed including several recommendations. Cooperation between authorities and the public on the local level is described, with some ideas of improving communication. The survey could be a basis for emergency planning and management in the Czech Republic.
English abstract
The new legislation of the Czech Republic concerning prevention of major accidents in large factories and plants came into force on 29 January 2000. Some aspects of the synergistic and cumulative consequences of major accidents are discussed including several recommendations. Cooperation between authorities and the public on the local level is described, with some ideas of improving communication. The survey could be a basis for emergency planning and management in the Czech Republic.
