Original Abstract
We aimed our study at evaluation of humic substances content and quality with respect to using preparation Amalgerol to improve quality of grapes production. Long term field experiment was carried out in vineyard situated south from Brno at Schoolś Enterprise in Žabčice. We folowed total carbon content, fractional composition of humus and optical properties of humic substances during 1998-2000. From UV-VIS and SFS spectra optical and fluorescence indexes were determined. Práce byla součástí dlouhodobého pokusu zaměřeného na sledování vlivu testovaného pomocného přípravku Amalgerol na půdní, mikrobiologické a agronomické vlastnosti půdy a na kvalitu produkce hroznů a jejich výživu. Vinohrad se nachází jižně od Brna v Žabčicích. Vzorky půdy byly odebírány v období 1998-2000. Byla měřena UV-VIS a SFS spektra a z nich byly určeny optické a fluorescenční indexy.
