The aim of presented work was to test of several types of organic micro- and nanoparticles based on polysaccharides and liposomes. Encapsulation of selected hydrolytic enzymes, e.g. proteases, glycosidases and lipase was tested. Encapsulation effectiveness was determined by total protein and enzyme activity measurement. Stability and size of particles was observed too.
