Original Abstract

Magnetic nanoparticles modified with poly (L-lysine) - polylysine (F79_L3) were used for magnetic separation of bacterial DNA from diary products. The DNA concentration was determined by spectrophotometre UV/VIS. The presence of the target DNA was verified by PCR.
