Original Abstract

The object of the study was to identify and assess the actual contamination of air, tunnel dust and soils by platinum in Brno. The actual processing of real samples was preceded by finding optimal conditions for pretreatment of samples, solid phase extraction as preconcentration step using octadecyl modified silica gel and optimization of the conditions for electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry.
