Abstract
Original Abstract
In this work, we used different colloidal silica suspensions with defined mean diamters (50, 85, and 100 nm). Both analysis modes (Constant Position and Constant Time) provided the same results for individul samples. The mean diameters and particle size distributions are in very good agreement to reference silica particles. In this regard, the analytical centrifuge seems to be a very useful tool for particle size analysis.
