This work is based on studying of an aggregation behaviour of mixed liposomes composed of a cationic lipid and phospholipid in the presence of biodegradable, biocompatible polymer with and without a modification. This mixed system of lipids with different charge of polar headgroup provides new structures with improved mechanical stability.
