Original Abstract
Humic acids (HA) are the main components of humic substances. The content of low and higher molecular components of humic acids can be determined by fluorescence spectroscopy. Samples of humic acids were isolated from South Moravian lignite with using alkaline extraction with NaOH and Na4P2O7 (standard procedure). In this work were discussed results from synchronous scan at setting of (delta lambda)=20 nm lignitic humic acids samples and two standards Fluka and Leonardite humic acids (IHSS).
