Original Abstract
The aim of the work is development of the perovskite solar cell with an CH3NH3PbI3-2Cl2 active layer. As a part of the work were created an eight perovskite solar cells. Six of the samples were active and two inactive because of high temperature during the manufacturing process. The best of the sample reached ηMAX = 7.22 % conversion efficiency. Based on the analysis of the samples was modified manufacturing process to avoid damage of layers. The temperature of preheating during application of CH3NH3PbI3-2Cl2 was reduced from 140 °C to 60 °C. Degradation of the perovskite material has appeared after 20 hours. The samples have lost 20 % of its output power. Manufacturing process will be modified in order to increase the conversion efficiency and stability of perovskite solar cells.
