Original Abstract
Popis metodiky synchronní fluorescenční spektroskopie. Studium vlivu pH na intenzitu fluorescenčního spektra. Lignitické huminové kyseliny byly měřeny při nastavení rozdílu mezi monochromátory 20 nm. Byly určeny píky při 488, 470, 500 a 510 nm. Výsledky byl porovnány se standardem LHA (IHSS).
English abstract
Synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy method. Study of dependence of pH on relative fluorescence intensity of lignitic humic acid. Constant difference between monochromators was set to 20 nm. Main peaks were determined at 488, 470, 500 a 510 nm. Results were compared with standard LHA sample (IHSS).
