Original Abstract

Direct analysis of complex samples was achieved by at-line coupling of HF-LPME to CE. 3D-printed devices compatible with commercial CE facilitated the HF-LPME/CE coupling. The at-line HF-LPME/CE coupling was optimized for the determination of acidic drugs. The drugs were autonomously quantified in dried blood spot and wastewater samples. Trace amounts of the drugs were determined by at-line HF-LPME/ITP-ESI-MS coupling.
