Microalgal biomass is a rich source of many diverse substances that can be used as food and medicines by humans. The interesting compounds found in microalgae include polyphenols, which have a variety of advantageous bioactive properties. Due to this, the preparation and characterization of extracts from selected microalgae were the primary goals of the study.
