Original Abstract
The energy cost, removal efficiency and H_2, CO, NO, NO_2 concentration for VOC decomposition with a plasma based on a DC atmospheric pressure gliding discharge have been evaluated. The roles of oxygen content in carrier gas and energy efficiency of the VOC removal process were investigated with the aim to operate the discharge reactor at a lower energy cost.
