Original Abstract
We followed optical properties of HS isolated from Fluvi- Eutric- Gleysol. The soil is under intensive management (crop rotation system Norfolk, 50% crop). We have compared data obtained from long term stationary filed experiments in Žabčice (MZLU Agricultural enterprice, Czech rep.) during period 1998-2006. Optical characteristics (UV-VIS, SFS spectra) were measured in mixture of sodium pyrophophate and sodium hydroxide appropriate dilution 10x).
