Original Abstract

Ettringite is interesting research material for a lot of scientists all over the world. Utilisation of ammonium aluminium sulphate (or alum) for ettringite preparation is very important and interesting with respect to high production of alum. Ammonium aluminium sulphate solution and technical burnt-lime were used. Phase composition was determined by X-ray diffractometer. For detection of crystals morphology was scanning electron microscope used.
