Original Abstract

A piece of burnt clay was found in the assemlage coming from the Paleolithic site Bohunice -Kejbaly located in South Moravia. The fragment is supposed to be associated with Early Upper Paleolithic occupancy of the site, particularly withe Buhunician culture. This fact led us to undertake a series of analyses that shed a light on the character of this extraordinary specimen
