Original Abstract

This study was focused on synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy and UV-VIS measurements with determination of main peaks and absorbance indexes of soil samples. These samples were isolated from four different soil types of South Moravian localities (Czech Republic). Namely: Eutric-Cambisol, Eutric-Fluvi Gleysol, Chernozem and Haplic Luvisol. Samples were extracted by pyrophospate and/or NaOH solution.
