Original Abstract
The aim of this work was to investigate polyhydroxyalkanoates production from waste rapeseed oils employing bacterial strain Cupriavidus necator H16. Controlled application of stress factors such as propanol, pentanol nebo 1,4-butandiol resulted in enhanced yields as well as in incorporation of other monomer units into polymer structure.
