This study deals with identification of the wine yeasts by applying the PCR-RFLP method. In this study 63 type (collection) yeasts were used. These yeasts were analysed by applying of the seven restriction endonucleases - HaeIII, HhaI, HinfI, HpaII, TaqI, AluI and MseI.
