Original Abstract

Humic acids were isolated from South moravian lignite using alkaline extraction. Two standard samples Fluka and Leonardite humic acid was used. Samples of humic acids were dissolved in NaOH solution and value of pH was adjusted at 7. Excitation peak was obsereved at 450 nm. Excitation peaks was determined at 500 and 530 nm.
