Original Abstract

The large applicability of the Maximum Informational Entropy Principle is rewied. The nonequilibrium statistical distribution method is described. It is illustrated the important role of this method in generatioin of the Informational Statistical Thermodynamics. The application of the Maximum Entropy Principle to selforganizing systems is also presented.
