This work is focused on the procedure of analysis of specific allergenic fragrances. Headspace-Solid Phase Microextraction connected with Gas Chromatography-Flame Ionisation Detector (HS-SPME-GC-FID) was used for extraction, analysis and identification of these substances. The method was validated and applied on the spectrum of real samples of food and cosmetic products
