Type

Abstract

Original Abstract

The plasma is created using a small four electrode circular device.by 100 kHz bipolar square wave voltage. Four different inorganic solutions were used. The OH radical production was determined by optical emission spectrometry, hydrogen peroxide was determined chemically. Solutions pH was stable during the plasma treatment.
