Non-thermodynamic kinetics
FCH-DCO_NKAcad. year: 2011/2012
The basic rewiev if quantum mechanics results is given in the first step and consequently the mechanisms of particle interactions are given. The interactions of heavy particles with electrons and with the other heavy particles are discussed in details including the influence of highly excited and metastable states. Finally, the interaction of semiconducting particles with radiation is solved.
