Invitation: Malvern Panalytical Biophysical Characterisation Seminars 23–24th May on Novel Drug Discovery & Delivery Systems

We would like to invite you to a Seminar with MALVERN PANALYTICAL experts who are coming to the Czech Republic to present the most up-to-date applications and market knowledge concerning Novel Drug Discovery and Drug Delivery Systems. We will show you for the first time the UNIQUE Grating-Coupled Interferometry (GCI) technology for evaluation of affinity and binding kinetics with its many advantages over the well known Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) and Bio-Layer Interferometry technologies. A Creoptix application specialist will explain how to get a binding kinetics in hours compared to days with SPR (for more advantages see points below). You will learn how the GCI technology speeds up and complements other technologies such as ITC and DSC microcalorimetry. Other application specialists will explain what complex information you can get from size exclusion chromatography with advanced detectors including unique LALS/RALS and Viscometric detectors. Other discussed topics are how to test stability, agglomeration behaviour, particle size or loading of drug delivery systems such as viral vectors and lipidic nanoparticles using dynamic light scattering or nanoparticle tracking analyses and many more.

All the technologies and many others are used by Concept life sciences, a contract research and manufacturing organization of Malvern Panalytical with GLP and GMP accreditation. The expertize they have includes discovery chemistry, specialist biology in immunology, oncology and neuroscience, biologics, biophysical assay services, ADMET & DMPK, bioanalysis, toxicology, histology and a wide range of Physicochemical Analysis, Materials Characterization and Analytical chemistry services.

The one day event will be similar for both Prague 23 May and Brno 24 May locations except there will be a larger focus on GCI technology and DLS measurements in Prague at the end of the event compared to availability of all the instruments at the Brno location (except GCI technology). There will be chance to discuss with experts your results, research or other issues and have a look into software at the end of the event.
