Student FCH receives the Josef Hlávka Award for her master’s thesis

Ing. Anna Mária Dávidíková, a graduate of the double-degree study programme Environmental Sciences and Engineering at the Institute of Chemistry and Technology of Environmental Protection, has been honoured with the prestigious Josef Hlávka Award, one of the highest recognitions for scientific and professional excellence in the Czech Republic. The award acknowledges not only the outstanding academic quality of her work but also its significant contribution to the field.

Her thesis was carried out under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Ing. Lucia Vojtová, Ph.D. (CEITEC, FCH) in collaboration with Ing. Lucia Ivanová, Ph.D. (Institute of Chemistry and Technology of Environmental Protection, CMV, Laboratory of Advanced Materials Synthesis).

The Josef Hlávka Award is granted only for the most exceptional scientific achievements, and by receiving it, Anna Mária joins the ranks of the most promising young researchers contributing to the advancement of science in the Czech Republic.
