Successful Participation of PhD Students at the International Conference on Chemical Technology 2025

PhD students from the Department of Food Chemistry and Biotechnology had the opportunity to attend the prestigious International Conference on Chemical Technology 2025, held for the 12th consecutive year in Mikulov from April 14 to 16. The conference focused on the latest advancements in the field of decarbonization and the development of new chemical technologies. Topics were explored across several key areas, including materials engineering, inorganic and organic technologies, pharmacology, biotechnology, and biorefinery.

 The students presented their research through poster sessions, making a valuable contribution to the exchange of knowledge at the event. A highlight of the conference was the recognition of Ing. Veronika Řeháková, who received the award for the best poster presentation.

This participation not only enhances the international standing of our research but also strengthens our university’s reputation in the field of chemical technology. We extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to the outstanding representation of our faculty at this international conference!
