Original Abstract

Dairy products for baby food nutrition generally contain diverse combination of bioactive compounds depending on the type of cereal, storage and technology processing. In this study eight kinds of baby milk products of three different producers were analyzed for evaluating of levels of selected vitamins, phenolics and saccharides.
