Trends in modern analytical chemistry for environmental objects. Characteristics of optimal instrumental methods and their limits. General global problems and their influence on the environment. Analytical aspects. The specifics of Analysis of the environmental objects,principles of analysis of atmosphere, waters and soils.Problems of sampling. Treatment of samples for analysis. Procedures for decomposition or mineralisation of inorganic, organic, biologic and clinical samples for analysis. The survey and, characteristics and advantage of various combined (hyphenated) methods for the analysis of environmental objects. Principles of the inorganic and organic trace analysis. Principles of residual analysis in the environmental samples (pesticides, chlorinated biphenyls, dioxines, polycyclic hydrocarbons, isocyanates, nitrosoamines and mycotoxins). Analysis of actual drugs. Sensors and analysers in the analytical practice Principles ofTrace and ultratrace analysis.
