Basic characteristics of analytical process in ultra-trace analysis; AOAC methods, ISO methods for trace analysis. Techniques of pre-treatment of sample for given field, problems of homogeneity of samples. Isotope techniques applied in ultra-trace analysis of biotic and abiotic samples and their comparison with other methods. Statistical methods of evaluation suitable for ultra-trace analysis.
