Course detail
Bioanalytical Methods
FCH-MC_BIMAcad. year: 2015/2016
Lectures are focused on analysis of nucleic acids (mainly DNA). The lectures are focused on the explanation of methods which are used for DNA isolation, evaluation the quality of extracted DNA, DNA amplification (PCR) and results evaluation. The different molecular biological techniques (restriction analysis, DNA/DNA hybridisation, sequencing) and DNA sequence analysis are discussed.
