The course is intended for students of bachelors study programmes of specialist subjects of Food Chemistry, Biotechnologies. The objective is to provide students with basic knowledge and information from the field of chemistry of detergents.

Entry knowledge

Successful completion of the course is conditional on regular completion of the previous courses of chemistry, physics, biology and biochemistry.

Rules for evaluation and completion of the course

The exam has a written and an oral part.
Attendance at lectures is not compulsory, but is recommended.

Aims

The goal of the course is to introduce students with raw materials and with production technologies and evaluation of detergents.
Students are confronted with the latest results of research of the area of chemistry of detergents.
