Syllabus
1. Látkové složení živé hmoty. Struktura buňky. Organizace biologických systémů.
2. Aminokyseliny. Peptidická vazba. Bílkoviny - struktura a stabilita, denaturace.
3. Metody izolace, purifikace a charakterizace biopolymerů .
4. Metody ke zjišťování struktury biomolekul a jejich změn.
5. Sacharidy - monosacharidy, oligosacharidy, polysacharidy, složené sacharidy.
6. Lipidy - struktura a klasifikace. Jednoduché a složené lipidy. Izoprenoidy.
7. Biomembrány - struktura a funkce. Membránový transport.
8. Enzymy a biokatalýza. Substrátová specifita. Koenzymy. Regulace enzymové aktivity. Stručné názvosloví enzymů.
9. Enzymová kinetika. Rovnice Michaelise a Mentenové. Inhibice. Analýza kinetických dat. Reakce se dvěma substráty.
10. Bioenergetika, makroergické sloučeniny, metabolismus základních typů živin - centrální dráhy.
