Success of PhD Students at FAT 2025 in Valencia

From September 8–10, 2025, the 7th edition of the Euro-Global Conference on Food Science and Technology (FAT 2025) took place in Valencia, Spain, under the motto “Exploring New Frontiers in Food Science and Technology”. The event focused on current challenges and trends in food science, nutrition, and technology. Key topics included food chemistry and additives, modern food processing methods, nutritional science and public health, food toxicology, innovations in food packaging and nanotechnology, as well as issues of sustainability and food security in the context of changing environmental conditions.
Our faculty was represented by four PhD students – Paula Večeríková, Michaela Kubalová, Pavlína Sniegoňová, and Agáta Bendová – who presented the results of their research in the form of posters.

Two of them, Pavlína Sniegoňová and Agáta Bendová, were honored with the prestigious Best Poster Award, marking a significant achievement of their scientific work and an important representation of our institution at the international level.
