Joint research project supported by the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic
The aim of the project is to realize own innovative production of capacitive sensors for touch panels using printing technologies. The project will design a new technology for the production of touch sensors that will allow to increase the production speed and scalability of production and significantly reduce the consumption of expensive materials through the use of additive processes. In addition, high logistics costs and carbon footprint will be reduced by relocating key manufacturing hubs to Europe. The project builds on previous successful collaboration between the involved entities. The principal investigator is FORTES interactive, s.r.o. and the project involves, in addition to the Faculty of Chemistry, the companies Centrum organické chemie s.r.o., SYNPO, a.s. and the University of Pardubice, Faculty of Chemical Technology.
