Production of anorganic acids and hydroxides

Production of alcohols, aldehydes, ethers, ketones, amonia, urea, carboxylic acids and esthers.
Wood processing, cellulose and paper production
Mining and processing of coal, natural and oil.

Aims

The aim of the curse is to provide the overview on production of fundamental chemical compounds, used chemical reactors and constrcution materials. Furthremore, students learn about thero consequent processing. Students also learn about current situation of Czech and EU industry, sources of raw materials and basic mining procedures.

production of organic and inorganic compounds produced in large quantitites
production of special compounds produced in small quantities
construction materials
important companies in the Czech Republic and EU.
