Mezioborový projekt na pomezí fyzikální chemie a biochemie podporující samostatnou tvůrčí činnost studentů doktorského studia a rozvíjející jejich mezinárodní zkušenosti. Výzkum hydrokoloidů, přírodní organické hmoty, biotechnologií, v oblasti plazmové chemie a biomateriálů z hlediska fyzikálně-chemických a biochemických vysvětlení funkcí a fungování biologických systémů, materiálových aplikací a principů cirkulární ekonomiky.
