This contribution deals with a study on the dielectric properties of Zn-phthalocyanine/PCBM layers prepared by direct inkjet patterning onto ITO-glass supports. The properties of layers have been investigated by HP 4192A impedance analyzer. Determination of frequency dependences and calculation of physical parameters of measured samples using impedance spectroscopy are discussed.
