Passive microrhelogy method is a novel approach for determining viscoelastic properties of the soft materials. This technique monitors microscopic movement of micro-sized polystyrene beads embedded into the sample of interest based on the thermal motion. Interaction between model cationic protein and glycosaminoglycans like hyaluronic acid and chondroitin sulphate were investigated in this study using passive microrheology method. Data over a decade in concentration of cationic protein with the constant concentration of glycosaminoglycans are presented. As a result, the substantial increase in viscosity of all samples with cationic protein was observed as a consequence of interaction between different components of the sample.
