This work is focused to use of passive sampler POCIS (Polar Organic Compound Integrative Sampler) for analysis pharmaceuticals. Target compound were ketoprofen, ibuprofen, naproxen, diclofenac, caffeine, erythromycin, roxithromycin and clarithromycin. This work deals with determination of constant of uptake for each drug. These constants are necessary for calculation time-weighted-average concentrations (TWA) for all target pharmaceuticals.
