We give the classification of all natural operators transforming vector fields on m-dimensional manifolds to the cotangent bundle of any Weil bundle. Further, we describe all natural transformatins from the cotangent bundle of a Weil bundle to the corresponding Weil bundle over a cotangent bundle for any monomial Weil algebra.
