This work deals with low-temperature synthesis of anatase phase of titanium dioxide by hydrolyzing of titanium tetraisopropoxide at 80 A degrees C. Decrease of the crystallization temperature of anatase from the usual 400 A degrees C on 80 A degrees C was achieved by using of complexing agents (citric acid, sodium citrate, ammonium citrate).
