Originální abstrakt
This work is focused on experiments with water (H2O) addition to the atmospheric glow discharge fed by N2-CH4 mixture and diagnostic of this discharge by FTIR. The discharge was created between two stainless steel electrodes separated by a 2 mm gap. The electrode system used the standard configuration of the gliding arc discharge but due to the low applied power as well as low gas velocity the discharge is not moving along the electrodes.
