Originální abstrakt

A photocatalytic oxygen indicator for smart food packaging is based on a visible colour change, which is caused by the transition between the reduced and oxidized form of the redox dye. The indicator needs to be placed under visible light for the consumer to detect any colour change. Therefore, the indicator should not be affected by visible light irradiation. This contribution investigates the stability of redox dyes under visible light in a photocatalytic oxygen indicator.
