Originální abstrakt

Cancer kills millions of people around the world every year. The use of nanoparticle drug carriers is one way of achieving selectivity in the development of cancer treatments. These carriers are designed to transport and release the drug directly into the tumour tissue. This allows the drug to accumulate directly in the tumour, increasing the drug's effectiveness and reducing its side effects. Our research focuses on monitoring the interaction between cells, drugs and nanoparticles using LA-ICP-MS. The aim is to develop a reliable method for studying drug delivery carriers to cancer cells.
