Highlights • A comprehensive LC–MS/MS method was developed for simultaneous detection of 36 PAs. • Complete separation of isomeric PAs, including Senecionine and Intermedine groups. • Optimized QuPPe (Quick Polar Pesticides) extraction enabled rapid, simple, and cost-effective sample preparation. • Method validated across multiple plant-based matrices with LOQs from 2 to 10 μg/kg.
